A. Excellence Diploma Program

It is a 6-months level 3 diploma course designed to build upcoming pastry bakers. It is headed up by the expert pastry chefs of City and Guilds, London, UK.

Fees can be paid in 2 easy instalments after paying the booking amount which is 60,000, the outstanding payable fee is Rs. 4,25,000 which includes course fees, examination fees, personal toolkit, uniform, ingredients cost and GST.

B. Cake Engineering Program

It is an ideal course of 6 weeks for the bakers who want to excel in the field of icing, layering and topping.

What will you learn in Cake Engineering Program?

1. Basic cake baking to layering and Foundation Cakes baking

4. Velvet spray technique

2. Certification Program

This will be the perfect course to choose if you want to walk a step ahead in your hobby.

This program is divided into 4 basic types, choose what you like.

A. Chocolatier Program

This is a week's program designed for the hobbyist home bakers who live in chocolates.

Learn from the known chocolatier and Pastry Chef Arvind Prasad who will make you learn everything from the very basic to the advanced about your favourite digging chocolates.
